Dr. Adizes is one of the worlds leading experts on improving the performance of business and government by making fundamental change without the chaos and destructive conflict that plague many efforts.
He is the academic Dean of the Adizes Graduate School for the study of Leadership and Change, which he established in 1994.
The methodology that bears his name had helped organizations in a variety of countries to achieve results and gain leadership positions in industries ranging from banking to food service, and in organizations as different as churches and governments.
The Academy will work in co-operation with business faculties and academic institutes around the worlds. Academic institutes worldwide have agreed to incorporate the Adizes program as part of their syllabus or as a separate certificate course intended mainly for businessmen. Academic institutes can hold the courses as electives or as core courses in the specialized track of top management
Graduates of the Academy will receive an Executive Management Diploma. Students will be able to receive credit for the courses they take in Adizes Program and to have courses recognized by AAM. In case of completion of all courses of AAM, Students will receive a diploma from AAM and will get credit for acceptance to Adizes graduate school.
In addition, the academy will certify academic teachers and lectures upon completion of an education program on the Adizes unique management methodology.
